Shipping policy

 

Worldwide shipping is available with an option to upgrade to Express Delivery by EMS.

Both standard and express delivery come with a tracking number. 

Please note for international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes upon delivery, and the estimated shipping time may be extended due to unpredictable customs clearance procedures.

Customs Duties, Taxes, Tariffs & Returned Shipments

As a small independent business, we are unable to estimate or collect customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT/GST, or other government-imposed charges for every destination country.

These charges vary by country, product classification, shipment value, and local customs regulations, and are determined solely by the customs authorities of the destination country.

For this reason, we cannot provide an estimate of these charges before your order is placed or shipped, and we are not responsible for any unexpected customs fees imposed upon import.

Please contact your local customs office before placing your order if you are unsure whether import charges may apply.

If the customer refuses to pay these charges, refuses delivery, fails to complete customs clearance, provides incorrect shipping information, abandons the shipment, or otherwise causes the package to be returned to us in Japan, the customer agrees to be fully responsible for all resulting costs, including but not limited to:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Return customs duties and taxes
  • Carrier handling and administrative fees
  • Storage fees
  • Disposal fees
  • Customs processing fees
  • Any other costs incurred by the seller

Where permitted by applicable law and authorized by the customer's payment agreement, these costs may be deducted from the customer's original payment method. If the incurred costs exceed the amount originally paid, the customer remains responsible for paying the outstanding balance.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

If the returned item is received damaged, opened, used, altered, or in a condition that prevents resale as a new product, the seller reserves the right to refuse any refund or to deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value of the product, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

If local consumer protection laws in the customer's country provide mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived, those rights will apply only to the extent required by law. In all other respects, these Terms and Conditions shall govern the transaction.

The seller shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from customs inspections, import regulations, or government actions in the destination country.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions before completing the purchase.
